Global's Dragline Inspection team is well experienced in full Non-Destructive Evaluation on Draglines. Our crack detection program has been extremely cost effective for this type of equipment. No longer does coatings have to scrapped or grinded off to identify cracks in welds and structural components. This has saved numerous hours in the inspection process. Our Ultrasonic experts use state of the art Phased Array Ultrasonics to give the client a better analysis inside larger shafts and pins, reducing the time for the Ultrasonic Inspection. Our reports are all electronic providing the ability to archive for future reference. For Gear Audits, Global's Gear-Pro™ process, provides clients with a complete, comprehensive report allowing them to plan for the future.

Lubrication Analysis

Global provides analytical Ferrography Testing for lubrication analysis, whether it be gear oil or lubrication from bearings. By analyzing the colour, morphology, size, and surface detail of ferrous and nonferrous wear particles, accurate information can be provided about the type, severity and root cause of abnormal wear. This insightful historical data enables maintenance experts to implement predictive and effective actions based on this important information.
